As per the company's trends, Oneplus usually unveils the first device around May or June and the "T" version of its smartphone sometime in November. That won't be the case for this year though.

The company has officially revealed that it will be holding an event on 26 September in India, where we expect to see the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus TV - but that's reportedly the first event of the 7T series. There's then an event on 10 October in London. Exactly what will be revealed where currently isn't clear.

"We believe that Warp Charge 30T offers the best charging solution for real-world usage," Lau told TechRadar. "You can charge the phone at 23% faster speeds, even while using the device."

Sure, we found the five-month-old OnePlus 7 Pro to charge quickly. Our battery recharge tests indicated it went from 0% to 100% in one hour and 23 minutes. The OnePlus 7T is said to best that timing.

"Unlike most fast-charging solutions, Warp Charge 30 handles the power management inside of the power brick instead of inside the phone. This keeps the phone cool, allowing for fast charge rates even when the phone is in use. Our latest Warp Charge delivers 6A at 5V to attain 30W. Compared to other charging technology that relies on high voltage, Warp Charge 30T is able to fast charge without overheating, even enabling phone users the capability to the game while they charge their devices," explained Lau.

One Plus 7T and 7T Pro Specifications

The OnePlus 7 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch Quad HD+ display, though the OnePlus 7T Pro is said to adopt a similar size but higher resolution. There's a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, an AMOLED panel, 3D Corning Gorilla Glass and a 90Hz refresh rate, all of which we expect on the OnePlus 7T Pro.

An under-display fingerprint sensor is also expected to appear on the 7T Pro, like the 7 Pro.

In terms of the OnePlus 7T, rumors suggest it will have a 6.55-inch display - which is an increase on the 7 that has a 6.41-inch screen. The resolution is also said to jump to Quad HD over Full HD and based on the event invite, it will also adopt the 90Hz refresh rate of the 7 Pro.
