And the wait is over. Finally, Xiaomi India has unveiled its first ultra-Book and slimmest laptops in Indian Market with the Mi Note-Book 14 and Mi Note-Book 14 Horizon Edition. Both, the Xiaomi’s Note-Book 14 and the Horizon models come with anti-glare Full High Definition LCD panels with an exact and sharp 16:9 aspect ratio. Even the Horizon Edition gets slimmer 3mm bezels on the sides and top similarly which give it a 91% screen-to-body ratio and that already sounds so amazing. Because of the reduced bezels, there has been no place decided for the web camera and which is why Xiaomi is bundling its Mi Webcam HD with every Mi Note-Book 14 series.
The standard version of Mi Note-Book 14 series comes with a bit large bezel but still follows a compact form-factor weighing at just 1.5kg while the premium Horizon Edition weighs at just 1.35kg. Talking about more technically, the standard-premium edition comes with a latest 10th generation Intel core I5-10210U CPU processor with a choice between Intel’s Ultra HD 620 or Nvidia’s G-Force MX250 GPU Graphics. Both editions come with 8GB of dedicated DDR4 RAM with a choice of 256/512GB SATA SSDs.
Talking about the I/O, you get two specific USB 3.1 dedicated ports alongside single USB 2.0 slot, HDMI, and Type-C ports, that confirms it supports the Type C versions of charging. Apart from that, there is also a headphone jack slot for your interests of music and chit-chatting and a dedicated charging port. Both the laptops come with 46Wh batteries rated at 10 hours of power usage with 65W chargers which can top up the battery to 50% in just 30 minutes and there it shows the fast charging options than other laptops.
