We all know the situation of India and it's the poverty rate. during the lockdown, it is too difficult for people to get basic requirements. Apart from the Medical facilities, they are not able to get the appropriate proportions of food, then are they going to get out of a pandemic? When everything was normal then also half of the population was facing the financial crisis.
The street vendors, hawkers, shopkeepers, and other small scale businessmen are dependent upon their daily work. But as they are not allowed to function in Delhi then how they are going to manage their living? So, to provide them relief, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on July 27 said that Delhi government will pass an order to allow street vendors and hawkers to operate in Delhi from 10 am to 8 pm but they have to ensure social distancing and they must take precautionary steps to avoid the spread of COVID 19.
