A healthy man is one who suffers from no illness, has no pain or aches, and has enough vitality. Healthy is the most important thing in life; it is indeed equal to all the wealth in the world, for you mat have money but if you have not got the health to enjoy it, what is its use? To an unhealthy man, there is very little joy in life. He is always gloomy and worried about his health. Therefore, since it is important to be healthy, one must always try to stay healthy and strong.

 

How can this be achieved? By following certain rules that are needed for health care. You should make it a habit to rise early in the morning. After brushing your teeth, you should have a bath. A brisk morning walk is a very good way to start a new day. A nourishing diet is essential, and plenty of water should be drunk at regular intervals. The old saying, 'Early to be, and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise', is indeed correct.

 

The vegetables that we eat should be washed thoroughly; milk products should be included in our diet; spices should not be taken in large quantities, for a simple meal is nourishing. Salads and fruits also should be eaten every day. We must remember the importance is physical exercise too. Good care of the body with simple living and plenty of exercises combine to make a person healthy. If you have succeeded in achieving this, then you certainly have got a treasury full of wealth!
